Jenna Barson

Jenna Barson is an associate attorney with Shook and Stone’s Social Security Disability Department. She joined the Shook and Stone team after working in the areas of criminal defense, juvenile delinquency, family law, and personal injury.

Education & Early Experience

Jenna was raised in Las Vegas where she graduated from the Meadows School before attending the University of Arizona where she majored in Communications, with a pre-law concentration. She earned her Juris Doctorate from Arizona Summit Law School in 2012.

During college and law school, she gained experience interning at the Clark County District Attorney’s Office, the Clark County Family Law Self-Help Center, and at a private family law firm. She is Certified Mediator and during law school gained valuable alternate dispute resolution skills mediating noise complaint cases.

Why Jenna Became an Attorney

Jenna chose to pursue law to have a positive impact on people’s lives. She volunteered at various nonprofit organizations during college and law school, and still today continues her efforts to improve the world around her. Jenna is compassionately committed to helping clients obtain the benefits they so greatly need.
